It was a good Saturday!!!!

We slept in kinda late......for us!!!!!!!  We didn't get up until 8:30 and we had a big breakfast of French Toast and sausage.  We caught up on some of Ewee's shows and got dressed to head back downtown.  We walked around the streets of town and looked at a bunch of things.  We also went to the Kidz Zone to try and get in the bounce house, but no go.....said that he did not want to get in.  So we kept walking.  We ran into a thousand people and talked to most of them...  By this time, I had a hungry little boy on my hands.  How can you go to a street party that serves Carny food and not have a corn dog??!!??  I think he was diggin it!!!!

We went to the house the middle of the afternoon so that we could have a little bit of quiet time.  We lounged around the house, watched a couple of movies and managed to get in a little nap.  And I do mean little nap.  We had a Halloween party to get ready for.  We loaded up and met Pops and T for a party at some friends place and he was in heaven.  There was a sandbox filled with corn!!!!  He was loving that, and I was too.....no sand in the shoes!!!!!!!!  In addition to the corn box, there were so many trucks and tractors that it wasn't even funny....

We had a huge covered dish with plenty of desserts and sweets, a huge bonfire and finished off the night with a haunted hayride.  He was all over the hayride.  He spotted the big John Deere tractor with the flatbed covered in hay and was on the lookout for it moving.  So, we were on the first ride of the night. I think this was one of the funnest parties that I have been too.....

When we got home, bath, story and bedtime was a breeze.... Tired little boy!!!!!!!!!
